RCM mesh belt heat treatment furnace is a continuous automatic control heat treatment furnace, which uses intermittent forward mesh belt conveying work and falls into a constant temperature quenching trough through a temperature-controlled heating zone, and is taken out by a mesh belt hoist. It can quench, carburize or carbonitriding heat treatment processes in a controlled atmosphere. During the heat treatment process, there is no collision between the workpieces, which is stable and balanced. Through furnace heating and controlled atmosphere, air can be prevented from intruding into muffle. Therefore, the treated workpiece surface is clean, no decarbonization, uniform hardness, small deformation, high quality. The furnace has the advantages of high automation, easy adjustment of parameters, low labor intensity, no pollution to the environment and energy saving. 3 Brief introduction of structure
RCM mesh belt furnace is a set of heat treatment unit which consists of heating furnace, transmission mechanism, quenching tank and electrical control system.
1. The furnace structure of heating furnace is composed of shell and lining. The furnace shell is folded by steel plate, which has the advantages of high strength, easy disassembly, light weight and firm structure. Furnace lining is made of 0.8kg/cm high strength ultra-light brick as refractory layer, aluminium silicate refractory fiber as insulation layer with good energy saving effect, heating chamber is built in furnace lining, muffle tank in heating zone is carefully designed and made of imported stainless steel plate with high temperature resistance. Material SUS310S. Thickness y = 6mm. Folding welding forming. It has high heat resistance and good deformation resistance. The bottom plate of the furnace is supported on the high-temperature ceramic ball to roll, so the friction coefficient is small. The mesh belt laid flat on the bottom of the furnace is propulsed intermittently when the bottom of the furnace pulsates, and is not affected by the driving force. The resistance wire (OCr21AI6Nb) is wound around the ceramic tube and arranged on the top and bottom of the muffle can respectively, so that the heat is uniform and the disassembly is more convenient.
2. The transmission mechanism is composed of reducer, plane cam, runner, connecting rod, drum, speed regulating motor, etc. Speed-regulating motor is a variable speed driver according to the process parameters. With the rotation of cam, the belt is recycled by drum, so that the belt moves continuously and pulsatively.
3. Dropping system: There are two barrels or tanks above the furnace. Through the corrosion-resistant pipe, the dropping method is used to drip the protective gas organic liquid into the furnace by hand.
4. Control device: The control device is a control cabinet, which is equipped with voltmeter, ammeter, temperature controller with PID control, speed regulator of motor, speed of mesh belt operation and start-up are all concentrated on the control cabinet, and it is equipped with temperature controller (Japan Island Power) and overtemperature alarm system.
