Phosphorus iron ring stripping press is one of the necessary equipment for the production of electrolytic aluminum anode assembly workshop. It is used for pressing and removing the phosphorus iron ring of the aluminum guide rod. The guide rod stepping machine is used to automatically control the positioning, and the single-pole method of pressing and removing one by one breaks the phosphorus iron ring of the guide rod and separates it from the steel claw body of the guide rod. recycle for reuse. The guide rod enters the offline area of the phosphorus iron ring, and the catenary sends out the offline signal and drives away from the guide rod; the guide rod stepping machine positions the aluminum guide rod (the frequency converter is used to control the different speeds of the working and stepping, Control and drive the aluminum guide rod forward and backward). After the aluminum guide rod stepping machine pushes the guide rod into the press-off station, it gives a signal to make the linkage mechanism on the press-off machine move, drives the double-encircling mechanism to close, the lower lifting and pressing mechanism goes up, and the phosphorus iron ring immediately follows. After being pressed, broken and falling off, the slag guide device falls to the conveyor and returns to the cleaning area. After cleaning, the ferrophosphorus is sent back to the ferrophosphorus casting area for reuse. The driving link mechanism is reset immediately, the double embracing mechanism is opened, and the stepper pushes the aluminum guide rod to move to the next station, and starts to press off the second phosphorus iron ring. When the final press release of a set of phosphorus iron rings is completed, the stepper pushes the aluminum guide rod into the catenary line, and returns quickly to accept the next set of aluminum guide rods. All actions are automatically completed by the electronic control system PLC, with the assistance of manual intervention.
