7000KVA Ferrosilicon Furnace Making Machine/ Production Line
Technical process flow
Ferrosilicon is the alloy of silicon and iron,the ferrosilicon production belongs to slag-free submerged arc smelting. Carbonaceous reducing agent (coke,semi-coke,etc), iron-bearing material and silica are mixed according to a certain proportion then go into the furnace,the ferrosilicon is obtained through chemical reaction under high temperature by taking advantage of the arc heat.
The qualified materials (large bulk need crushing) go through material proportioning,lifting,distribution and feeding system,then after mixture (the mixture of silica,carbonaceous reducing agent,iron-bearing material) go into the furnace heart for smelting. The ferrosilicon is obtained through oxidation-reduction reaction under high temperature in the furnace heart,then after opening the furnace mouth through the arc burner (mutegun),the silicon hot metal flows into the ladle,then the ladle shall be transported to the pouring workshop for pouring via ladle trolley,at last,the ferrosilicon, after cooling,shall be crushed,packed,measured and stored).
The smoke generated from the ferrosilicon production goes through bag dedusting equipment for dust removing,then the purified smoke discharges into the air,at last condensing and packaging the processed dust.

The main varieties of ferrosilicon in China are silicon 45, silicon 65, silicon 75 and silicon 90. The proposal is based on silicon 75, and its brand and chemical composition are as follows:
