10000 Kva Calcium Carbide Furnace Making Machine/Production Line
Main Process:
1. Batching, charging and roof distribution
Qualified raw materials are metered and proportioned by the raw material processing workshop, and then sent to the bunker of the electric furnace workshop by the bucket elevator. The materials are sent to the annular bunker of the furnace roof by the furnace top distribution facilities, fixed belt conveyor and annular distributor. The furnace top distribution facility will distribute the furnace charge into the bunker as required, and the charge pipe of the electric furnace will be added into the electric furnace in batches.
2. Electric furnace
Semi closed calcium carbide furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, electrode holder, electrode press and release, electrode lifting device, etc. it is the main equipment for producing calcium carbide. The electric furnace is powered by a transformer. The furnace charge is reacted at high temperature in the electric furnace to generate calcium carbide, and carbon monoxide gas is released. The generated calcium carbide is discharged from the furnace outlet. The furnace opening is opened with a burnthrough device, and the molten calcium carbide flows into the calcium carbide pot on the cooling trolley.
The pressure and discharge of the electrode are controlled by oil pressure. The single-layer oil cylinder is used to hold the conical ring oil cylinder of the lifting electrode to press the conductive jaw plate. The normal rise and fall of the electrode is controlled by the third winch on the fourth floor. The rise and fall, pressure and discharge, holding and discharge of the electrode are all controlled by pressing the button in the operation room on the second floor.
The electric furnace is powered by a transformer. The furnace charge is reacted at high temperature in the electric furnace to generate calcium carbide, and carbon monoxide gas is released. The generated calcium carbide is discharged from the outlet. The outlet is opened with a burnthrough device, and the molten calcium carbide flows into the calcium carbide pot on the cooling trolley.
The outlet furnace is provided with a screen and an arc drilling frame, and the upper part of the outlet is provided with a smoke hood. The smoke generated when the outlet furnace is extracted is extracted by a fan.
3. Electric furnace cooling, crushing and packaging
The molten carbide is pulled to the corridor or packaging room by the overhead crane in the carbide pot for cooling. After the carbide mound solidifies, the bridge crane and single holding pliers are used to lift the carbide mound out and put it on the cast iron ground for cooling. When it cools to a proper level, the carbide is broken to a qualified particle size, and then it is packed in equal poles and sent to the finished product warehouse.
