1 General Description
The proposed power plant involves the power generated by coal gas generators, which was driven with coal gas produced by coal gasifiers. The quality of coal gas via desulfurization and dust removal treatment can absolutely satisfy the requirement of generator set.
1.2 Design scope
The power plant shall comprise of one set of coal gas stations with two double-stage coal gasifiers and five (5) units 500KW(four units working and one standby) coal gas generators. The capacity of the power plant is 2000KW. All parts, such as coal gas, combustion engine, coal handling, civil work, general arrangement, electricity, control & instrumentation, ventilation and water supply, shall be designed according to capacity above mentioned.
2 Coal gas generating station
2.1 Design basis
2.1.1 If coal gasifier in stock is adopted, gas calorific value will be 5225 KJ/m³.
2.1.2 Gas produced by 1 ton coal is 3300~3500m³.
2.1.3 1.85m³ /h coal gas will be used when generating 1KW.
2.1.4 Generating capacity is 2000-2100kw per hour.
2.1.5 4800-5050m³ coal gas per hour will be used.
2.2 Equipment selection .
To meet requirements of the 190 series of five generators, double-stage Ø3.0mJTD-Lx1 coal gasifiers
with clean gas will be adopted and total output the coal gas will be 5000-5800m³.
2.3 The quality of coal gas
